Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how OmniaTools("we", "us") handles information when you use our website and tools. By using OmniaTools, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Your files stay on your device

The vast majority of OmniaTools tools run entirely in your browser. When you open a PDF, image, audio recording or block of text in one of our tools, that content is processed locally on your own device and is not uploaded to our servers. We do not see, store, or have access to the files you work with.

Some tools download a small, reusable resource the first time you use them (for example, an offline text-recognition model for OCR). These resources are fetched from a content delivery network and then run locally — your content is still not sent anywhere.

1b. AI-powered tools (Summarize, Chat, Translate, Extract)

A small number of tools are clearly marked with an "AI" badge. For these, your document file still never leaves your device: we read the selectable text from it in your browser and send only that text to our server, which forwards it to a third-party AI provider (Groq) to generate the result. The text is used only to produce your result and is not stored by us. Please avoid uploading highly sensitive documents to AI tools, and review the provider's own policies at groq.com/privacy-policy.

2. Information we collect

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for personal information to use our tools. We may collect limited, non-identifying technical data automatically — such as your browser type, device type, approximate region and the pages you visit — to understand how the site is used and to keep it running reliably.

3. Cookies

OmniaTools uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure traffic and, where applicable, serve advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.

4. Advertising & third parties

We may display advertising to keep OmniaTools free. We plan to use Google AdSense, a third-party advertising service provided by Google.

  • Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
  • Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
  • You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info.

For more information about how Google uses data when you use our site, see Google's policy.

5. Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting analytics to measure aggregate, anonymous usage (such as how many people visit a tool). This data does not identify you personally.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (Europe) or the CCPA (California), including the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Because we collect very little personal data, these requests are usually simple — contact us and we will help.

7. Children's privacy

OmniaTools is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
